Practice Closure Dates: May 2025

May Practice Closures 

 The Surgery will be closed in May on the following dates:

 - Monday 5th May (bank holiday), reopening Tuesday 6th May at 8am 

- from 1-6pm on Thursday 22nd May due to staff training

- Monday 26th May (bank holiday), reopening Tuesday 27th May at 8am 

 If you require medical advice during this time, please call NHS 111.
