About me:

I have thirty years experience of supporting patients, twenty of these as a GP Partner,
working solely in North East England. I have additional experience working with CCGs, PCTs
& NHS England. Furthermore I am actively involved in the Third Sector as Trustee for
Different Strokes and Director of Serenity Therapy in Nature formerly Serenity STH, a
national and local charity respectively. I recently completed the British Society of Lifestyle
Medicine Core Accreditation and will complete my transformational health coaching
diploma early August 2025
